hyp77 may void a bet if it was placed on a market that was offered in error, if the event is cancelled or postponed indefinitely, if the odds were materially incorrect due to a technical error, or if the bet was placed after an event's official start time due to a system error. In the event of a void, the stake is returned to your account balance.
Live betting markets move in real time. hyp77 accepts no responsibility for bets placed on incorrect in-play odds caused by data feed delays. We reserve the right to void in-play bets placed after the event outcome was determined due to a feed delay.
All market settlements are based on official results from the relevant governing body of each sport or game. In the event of a dispute, hyp77's decision – made after reviewing all available evidence – is final and binding.

If an account is closed by hyp77 due to a breach of these Terms, any associated funds may be withheld pending investigation. If an account is closed at the member's own request – or for inactivity – the available balance will be returned to the member's verified payment method after any applicable administrative processing.
You may request the closure of your hyp77 account at any time by contacting our support team. Self-exclusion requests will be processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
